Accounts Administrator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Processing the income and expenditure of the company.

Balancing and documenting figures using Sage.

Working with the company accountant to prepare financial documents.

Compiling hours worked for multiple staff.

Payment of invoices.

Record keeping of rent received from individual tenants.

Financial Reporting.

Bookkeeping experience and knowledge of Sage Accounting System is essential.

Salary: £12 per hour.

Housing and Support Officer

The responsibilities of the Housing and Support Officer include:

Providing weekly support to vulnerable adults who have a range of complex needs including but not limited to prolific offenders, ex drug/alcohol users, adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues.

Completing property checks on a weekly basis.

Providing assistance with a range of tenancy related support needs, including budgeting assessments, one-to-one person centred support sessions and progress reports.

Working within a multidisciplinary team including but not limited to probation, social services, aftercare team, mental health workers etc.

Must have a strong work ethic and be able to work in a fast paced environment as part of a small, dedicated team.

Essential Skills:

Computer skills including Office Suite.

Adaptable to fast changing situations.

Driving License required.

Salary: £9 per hour, increasing to £10 per hour after a 12 week probationary period.
